Updates

Jason is getting smarter and smarter every minute. He writes beautifully now. Every letter perfectly. He is still very polite, and even says excuse me to strangers when they are in his way! Lexie seems ready to potty train. She has went pee a few times and went #2 the other day like she has been donig it forever. Colden still won't take a bottle, and isn't a big fan of solids either. He stills pushes them out with his tongue. He has been sleeping through the night some of the time, but with that comes much less daytime napping. He seems to really want to crawl, and I think he will be before we know it.

4.5 months old already!

My happy little guy!

Moon dough!
I think these are so cute, and they are super easy... the kids loved making them. Everything I put iin front of Lexie was eaten before it made it to the cupcake, but still fun.
My first ever cake balls were also pretty yummy. I ate way too many.

Lexie is such a sweetie!

Jason just loves these new "baby" trains

Easter Morning

We celebrated Eater 2 weeks early this year, because Mike's mom has to work on the real Easter (and I was just as excited as the kids and took advantage of a reason not to wait). The Easter Bunny came and filled all of our plastic eggs with candy and money for piggy banks, and then hid them throughout the house. All 3 kids found their baskets hidden under the kitchen table. They each had a cute stuffed toy, and some candy and new sunglasses for our upcoming trip. Jason's had a chocolate car, and Lexie's had a chocolate bunny. They really enjoyed finding the easter eggs, the Bunny will have to make that a tradition for sure!

Smarties

Lexie is finally starting to talk... she learned 3 new words recently... ut oh, ough, and ball! Jason learned how to add this weekend! He holds the first number up on one hand and the second on the other, and violla! Colden still "talks" up a storm most of the time and giggles a lot, and tonight he said Mom! Of course it was an accident, but still super cute. Lexie still doesn't call me Mom.

Finally Spring

Finally got a taste of Spring this weekend, and loved every minute of it.
We had a GREAT time at a new park by the airport celebrating Tyson's 3rd birthday!

The pink dot is Lexie climbing a huge hill Fun to watc the planes land and take off. They had so much fun searching for candy filled eggs.

My kids are so tall... Lexie is half the age of the boys, not including Jason. Jason and Hugh (blue shirt) are 6 months apart!

4 months

This guy is getting so big! I can't believe he is 4 months old already. We went to the DRs today, he was a smiley, happy baby for the Dr, and got 2 shots. He didn't cry for too long and has been sleeping since.

Here are his stats...

Weight-17 5.5 (90th%)
Height-27.5 (99th%)
Head (75th%)

He is the happiest, sweetest baby ever. He can roll over, but has only done it twice (once each way). He doesn't eat cereal yet, but we will keep trying. He talks or coos all of the time. We can't get enough of it. He is really our first baby to do this! He loves to watch Jason and Lexie, and TV for that matter. As long as he is being held is is content. He will never cry if he's in your arms! We love you so much Coley!

Jason decided to throw a massive tantrum while we were waiting for the DR today. It started because he kept screaming at Lexie when she tried to use the kitchen toy in the room. I told him to sit down until he was ready to stop and share. He screamed for a good 20 minutes at the top of his lungs. Different nurses kept coming in and trying to give him stuff (not how I handle screaming) and nothing worked. When the DR came in he mostly ignored him, as I was, and he stopped 5 min before we left. Well, that's not all, when Jason stopped that cued Lexie in that it was her turn to scream uncontrollably. I was so mortified!
