Bowling

We have been wanting to go bowling for quite some time, and we finally made it! We all enjoyed it, even Lexie likes to bowl. We cant wait to go back again. Mike is really good. We have only been bowling twice in the last 6 years and he bowled 6 or 7 strikes in one game!

Dear Grandpa

We really enjoyed going to the store and choosing new toys. Thank you so much for thinking of us! We thought you'd like to see what you got for us!!!

Lexie really likes bears, so she picked out 2 different teddy bears!

Jason has had his eye on the little puppy on the left for quite some time.

Jason also chose a new color changing, Lightning McQueen racecar, but it's not in the picture.

Colden picked out this cute new outfit.

What do you think?

Mommy helped him pick it.

This is just an extra picture of Cole, because he's so cute!
Love,
Jason, Lexie & Colden!

Trouble

Lexie is Trouble with a capital T. I think she is a very typical 18 month old, but we aren't used to it because Jason was such an easy little guy. He didn't climb on everything. He didn't play in the toilet daily. He didn't refuse to hold hands, or to be held or ride in a stroller in parking lots. He never ran screaming from us everytime we tried to dress him. And he definately didn't through screaming fits.

On top of being our little trouble maker, she also does some funny things. For instance the other night she love the steamed brocoli so much that she not only ate her serving, but also Mike's, mine and what was left in the pot. I just found out today that she is terrified of trees. That's right you read right. Lexie is scared to death of trees. Every time we are about to pass one she runs to hids behind my legs. It's funny until you realize there is a tree every 15 feet.

Lately

We've been keeping pretty busy lately, but usually forget to take pictures. We ventured out to Bounce Magic last weekend, and had a blast. We stayed for 4 hours, and if it weren't bedtime, probably would have stayed longer. We attempted to go to Sesame Street Live at Shea's too. We had great seats, and luckily Grandma came with us, because Lexie threw a massive fit for almost the entire show. We have also got to have fun at some birthday parties, and activities at the mall. Mike and Jason were able to make Jay's first snowman the other day. The day before the snowman, Jason got to play in mud puddles for the first time (and then it snowed again). Jason and Lexie get along pretty good these days. They play together more and more, and sometimes I find them reading together before bed, or snuggling watcfhing morning cartoons! So sweet! We also bought our van, and booked our spring vacation to Myrtle Beach! The van is great, and the DVD player is something I didn't know I couldn't live without!

Jason has been doing a lot of coloring and writting lately. He can write every letter, and colors in the lines so well. He says the cutest things too. The other day while we were eating dinner he told me I am a pretty special Mom, and then looked at Lexie and told her she had been a very good girl that day too. When we are home he is the most proper, well mannored boy ever. He always says "Yes, please, thank you, excuse me" ect.

Lexie is a fiesty little thing. She still isn't talking much, but boy can she yell. She has an opinion about everything including what she wears. Once we find an outfit she can live with, it usually comes flying off a few times per day. She likes to be naked.

Colden is just the sweetest, most laid back, mommy's boy! He still eats every 3 hours day and night, and likes to be held, but he rarely ever cries. He still won't take a bottle for us though. I love when he starts to get hungry, he opens his mouth wide and attacks the air, looking for his milk, like a little baby bear.

Mike is getting pretty busy at work, and we don't see him very much until mid April :-( He did complete all of the requirements to get his CPA though, and we are just waiting on final confirmation! I am exhausted. 3 kids really keeps me busy. I never finish my todo list fo the day, but still love all that comes with staying home with these babies. I do love getting out for an hour a day to go to the gym though.
