Pumpkin Carving

This weekend we carved our pumpkins. Grandma came over to help too! Jason refused to help last year, but this year was coaxed into it! He really didn't wantto reach in, once he saw the inside, but he hesitantly did it. Grandma helped him carve out the face he drew too. I just love this time of year!

Jason's is on the left... He drew his face, and asked for a rectangle mouth and nose! Mike's is in the middle. He always chooses tall thin pumpkins. He was going for an angry look. That leaves mine on the right. It doesn't have a nose... I was getting tired!

After carving pumpkins, the kids made sticker pictures with Grandma.

  1. So fun! I like your nose-less pumpkin. And I totally understand where Jason is coming from...pumpkin guts can be a bit gross and intimidating. He seems to be trying a lot of new things lately, which is great!
